🌊 Where Your Best Memories Are Made
Hollywood Paradise isn't simply a vacation rental—it's a place designed to bring people together.
From slow mornings by the pool to family dinners in the outdoor kitchen, friendly competitions in the game rooms, and evenings around the fire table, every space encourages connection, laughter, and lasting memories.

Florida is a subtropical climate, home to abundant wildlife and insects year-round. Despite regular professional pest treatment on this property, sightings of ants, palmetto bugs, lizards, or other critters are simply part of life in this climate, both indoors and out. This is common throughout Florida and is not a reflection of the property’s cleanliness. We ask that guests keep this in mind before booking and reach out to us if any issue seems beyond normal seasonal activity.

Pets need to be approved in advance and paid in advance

Pool Maintenance Note: To ensure the pool remains safe and clean for all guests, routine professional servicing is mandatory and takes place every Tuesday and Thursday. Maintenance takes only a few minutes and will not interrupt your stay.

The pool is kept at a refreshing 80°F, which is included with your booking. While this offers a crisp, cooling feel, many guests prefer to upgrade for a warmer and more relaxing experience. We can raise the temperature to 90°F for an additional daily fee; this must be arranged in advance and for the full duration of your stay.

To ensure the best experience, please be aware that outdoor pool temperatures are naturally influenced by the South Florida climate. While our heaters are maintained for peak performance, heat loss can occur during overnight hours, windy conditions, or when ambient temperatures drop below 70°F.

Because actual water temperature is subject to these environmental factors, we cannot guarantee specific temperatures during cooler weather, and refunds are not issued for fluctuations caused by nature. For the safety of the equipment, the heater is designed to enter a temporary "defrost mode" or shut down if the outdoor temperature falls below 50°F, resuming automatically once the air warms back up.

Whether you're here for a family vacation, a reunion, or a special celebration, we can't wait to welcome you.
